Jonas Holm Jæger

I am a master's student in prehistoric archaeology at the SAXO-Institute and at Section for Evolutionary Genomics, The GLOBE Institute, University of Copenhagen. I am currently writing my master's thesis on the intensification of sheep husbandry in the Early and Late Iron Age in Southern Scandinavia. I combine a traditional (zoo)archaeological approach to animal husbandry and textile production, as well as using ZooMS (Zooarcheology by Mass Spectrometry) to species identification of sheep and goat teeth from Iron Age Scania, Sweden and Zealand, Denmark.
